Hi everyone!
I was looking at this page on my site and felt as if it need some more love! My last regime was back in April (as my first ever beauty post...yikes.) and I haven't done another regime in ages!
So this post is my college morning routine. This is what I follow throughout the week from washing my face to applying that last coat of mascara. I hope you enjoy reading!
So yes it starts off with a blurry & puffy eyed me (not a pretty site!) Normally at this time I would put in my contacts on certain days, but in this regime I will be wearing my glasses. So after waking up, I'll go and get something to eat & then get washed (boring part I'll get into the regime!
So I then wash my face using Neutrogena's Visibly Clear Pink Grapefruit face wash. This comes as 200ml and cost me around £5. I haven't been 100% satisfied with the results, but it does wake my skin up in the morning which then prepares my face for makeup.
Now it's onto my favourite part! Like every girl who wears mascara and forgetfully fails to take off their mascara, I always have a small dose of panda eyes (I can't pull it off yet!) So to get rid of this I just take my Simple Kind to Eyes Nourishing Eye Makeup remover. I have extremely sensitive eyes, so when using this it doesn't hurt if I get it into my eyes. For 100ml, it costed me just over £3.
To prep my face for makeup, I take my Body Shop Vitamin E toner which clears everything from my face. After going over my face with my toner, I apply my prescription acne cream (my saviour) and a Simple Oil Balancing moisturiser. This moisturiser is amazing as it controls your skin to stop making it look oily! The Simple moisturiser comes as 75ml for just under £5. I love this product and use it time and time again!
After my makeup is done, I decide what to do with my hair. For college, I like straightening my hair then pinning my bangs up and out from my face. My straighteners are Nicky Clarke and they work so well with my hair! To pin back my bangs, I back comb the sections then pull back. It uses about 4 bobby pins in total and can last the whole day with hairspray!
Then I'm ready for the day! I hope you enjoyed reading this post as much as I did making it. I'll try my best to do another regime in the near future!
